Anna Kydd

Anna has extensive experience as an innovator in global mental health, having developed a model to provide mobile phone support groups for thousands of people affected by social isolation and stigma in Latin America, Africa and the UK, that still continues today. She co-founded Ember Mental Health (a fund that finds, supports and funds global mental health initiatives across the globe) and is passionate about the power that communities have in bringing about positive social change. She is the Director of the SHM Foundation and sits on the Board of Altro Foundation. She has a BA in Geography from SOAS and a Master’s in Environment and Sustainable Development from The Bartlett, UCL.
