Group Registration

Registration rates are per individual. Group discount for more than 5 representatives from the same organization can be negotiated. For group registration please contact Summit Secretariat at registration@7thgmhsummit.org.

The registration fee includes:

  • 3 days access to the Summit proceeds

  • Access to the industry exhibition and poster area

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Light lunch

  • Coffee/tea breaks

  • Welcome reception

Payments

Payments by credit card and bank transfer are available during registration online.

Payments via bank transfer are accepted in both USD and ZAR.
Credit card payments are accepted in ZAR.

Important! Please indicate the delegate’s full name and invoice number in the subject of the bank transfer. The payment can be made on behalf of the participant, however, do not forget to indicate the name and last name of the participant who will be attending the Summit.

Invoices

All invoices are generated automatically after registration online and sent by e-mail. 

Refunds and Cancellations, Alterations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to Summit Secretariat at registration@7thgmhsummit.org and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation and refund policy

  • No refunds are acceptable if registered at Special deal rate by 31 September 2024.

  • Cancellations of Early bird and Regular registrations received by 30 April 2025 – full refund available with 10% administrative fee deducted.

  • Cancellations of Early bird and Regular registrations received from 1 May 2025 until 31 August 2025 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.

  • Registrations cancelled from 1 September 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
